Not entirely sure about CPI's policy on this, but most sites allow users to be an admin on two sites as long as 1) they aren't too high of a rank on either site and 2) the positions don't interfere with each other.

Oxy's answer is correct. There's no set-in-stone rule, but we judge on a case-by-case basis. In general we prefer to hire users who are not on another team, and we also prefer to keep staff members that are dedicated to CPI herself.
